Mentorship Scheme

Mentors (Students from higher years) work with those in lower years  to increase their engagement in learning, this can also be related to building self-confidence, setting and realisation of personal and educational goals.The program contributes to the fulfillment of the faculty goals: To promote innovation and excellence in teaching and learning.

A key focus of the Student Mentoring Program is to motivate the new and less confident students to work harder and faster. This encourages them to improve on there working speed and every year the program is activated by the admission of year one students. the program has senn a change in  behavior and resilience ability to built strong pathways to further learning and employment.
